OSUN CEU Global Teaching Fellowship Program at the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG), Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
Call for applications for the (whole) academic year 2024/25 (August 2024 – June 2025), one semester of the academic year, Fall 2024 (August 2024 – December 2024), and/or Spring 2025 (January – June 2025) semester.
The American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) invites applications for Global Teaching Fellowships to teach at AUBG, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. The successful applicant will teach introductory and advanced courses in one or more of the field(s) of the Departments listed below.
Eligible applicants include Ph.D. graduates who, by the beginning of the Fellowship received their Ph.D. degree from the CEU or an OSUN or CIVICA institution and advanced (e.g. ABD all but dissertation) Ph.D. candidates from the institutions mentioned above.
The successful candidates will teach up to two courses, which will be set by the Institute or Department of AUBG, in agreement with the Fellow. The Fellow will also have the possibility to offer one course on his/her special area of expertise, in coordination with the department. The language of instruction is English. Candidates should discuss the Syllabus of their specialized course with their supervisor and the department at AUBG in advance.

Successful candidates will receive an honorarium from AUBG by the standard rates for teaching at AUBG, and additionally, a one-time travel expense (location-Blagoevgrad-location) will be funded separately from the salary. One position is open.
